When you place an order we receive the email address you provide and any optional comment. Payment is processed by PayPal or via cryptocurrency; we do not store your card or crypto wallet details.
Your email is used to send the payment link (if applicable) and the download link for your manual. We may contact you about the same order (e.g. if there was an issue). We do not add you to marketing lists unless you have agreed.
Order data is kept only as long as needed for support and accounting. We use standard measures to protect the data we hold.
